How this Free Session Works?

Dynamic Warm-Up

Begin with a dynamic warm-up to get participants' bodies ready for physical activity.


Basic Striking Techniques

Jab, Cross, Hook, Front Kick, Roundhouse Kick!


Basic Grappling Techniques

Single-leg takedown,
Double-Leg Takedown,
Sprawl (defending against takedowns)


Combination Drills

Combine striking and grappling techniques into simple combinations to help participants understand how they flow together in a fight scenario.


Defensive Techniques

Blocking strikes
Dodging Punches and Kicks


Cool Down

Finish the session with a cool-down period consisting of stretching exercises to help prevent muscle soreness and promote flexibility.
